Every day I come here and am greeted, warmly, and remembered. I can tell everyone works as a unit and get the job done with great customer service. Bri even remade my drink when it was my error. If my old starbucks was like this maybe i never would have wanted to quit!
This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The coffee, as always, was good—but everything else completely ruined it. The attitude of the staff was unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the service felt rude and dismissive. When my order was handed to me, it was done carelessly—my drink was practically shoved at me. To make matters worse, they didn’t even use a protective sleeve, despite clearly knowing how hot the coffee was. I ended up burning my hand because of that negligence. On top of that, it was practically impossible to safely handle or drive with the coffee in my vehicle due to how it was given to me. There was zero sense of empathy or basic customer service. It felt like customers were being treated as if they were asking for something for free, rather than paying for a product. No greeting, no smile, no courtesy—just a cold and disrespectful interaction. It’s honestly disappointing to see this kind of behavior in a brand like Starbucks, where you expect at least a minimum level of professionalism and respect. This experience needs serious attention, because no customer should be treated this way.
Stopped at 9:30 and walked in going straight to the restroom and was told “the floors were wet” I took it as don’t go in the restroom because then I immediately ordered a regular roast hot coffee and she did say I could go in the restroom just be careful the floors are wet……then I was told they didn’t have any coffee made (this is Starbucks!!!)Therefore, I then asked if I could order an Americano hot and was told they could make that. Just terrible customer service. If they are shutting down at 9:30 instead of 10:00pm they need to lock the doors at 9:30!!!! Never coming back here again!
